This photo shows someone sitting on some steps with his head slightly bowed. The fact he has his hood up could mean that he doesn't want to be noticed, his head could be bowed because he could feel sad/lonely this is also supported by the look on his face, the high camera angle could then further suggest weakness as makes him seem smaller.
The picture on the left shows some money sticking out of a wallet, this could be interpreted two ways. The money sticking out of the wallet may symbolise wealth, however the fact that there is only one small note in the wallet could symbolise poverty, which is also shown in the picture on the right as this person's pocket is turned out to show there is nothing in it.
In this picture someone is taking someone's wallet out of their pocket. As they are taking the wallet whilst the person appears to be facing forward it implies the guy in the grey hoodie is stealing the wallet.
